Application hosting, runtime, content delivery and technical logs. Configured location: US East, iad1 (Washington D.C./Northern Virginia). Relevant transfers are governed by Vercel's DPA and standard contractual clauses.

Prisma Data, Inc. — Prisma Postgres
Managed PostgreSQL database, connections, backups and continuity for account, company, customer-request, message, task, billing, integration and log data. Configured location: US East (Northern Virginia). Transfers are governed by the applicable DPA and safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required.

Resend, Inc. — transactional email
Delivery of account verification, invitation, password reset, notification, support and billing emails. Data includes the recipient's name, email address, necessary content and delivery metadata. Processing may occur in the United States and subprocessors' locations under applicable contractual safeguards.

Mollie B.V. — payments
Secure payment processing and payment status tracking. Data includes billing identity, company, amount, reference and payment status where necessary. Invoices are created and sent by Limuvo without using Mollie's invoicing product. Mollie generally acts as a separate controller for payments. Its main establishment is in the Netherlands; relevant international processing is governed by its contractual safeguards.

OpenAI Ireland Limited — AI assistance
Optional summaries, priorities, next actions and drafts. The model is not disclosed. Structured contact fields are not sent and detectable direct identifiers in free text are masked, although residual personal data may remain. Processing may occur in the EEA, United States or other OpenAI-listed countries under its DPA and applicable transfer safeguards. No significant decision is made without human approval.

Optional integrations — Google and Meta
Google Ireland Limited is involved only when a customer connects Google Workspace/Gmail. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited is involved only for WhatsApp Business, Instagram or Messenger. Data and permissions depend on the connected account and requested action. Google or Meta may act as separate controllers for some operations.

Changes and objections
Acceptance of the data processing agreement provides general authorisation for this list. Limuvo informs customers before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes customer data and allows an objection based on legitimate data-protection grounds. Relevant safeguards may be requested at contact@limuvo.com.
