Controller and legal basis
Andy Seghin, identified in the legal notice, controls cookies set by Limuvo. They are used for the legitimate interest of securing the service or because they are necessary for the service and preferences expressly requested. No consent is required while only these strictly necessary cookies are used.

mvp_session — authentication
Name: mvp_session. Domain: the Limuvo domain visited. Path: /. Purpose: link the browser to a server session, keep the user signed in and verify permissions. Content: a random token, only a hash of which is stored server-side. Maximum duration: 90 days, renewable based on activity. Attributes: HttpOnly, Secure in production and SameSite=Lax. Technical recipients: Vercel and Prisma Postgres as necessary.

limuvo_locale — language
Name: limuvo_locale. Domain: the Limuvo domain visited. Path: /. Purpose: remember the selected language. Content: fr, en or nl. Duration: one year. Attribute: SameSite=Lax. No third party uses this cookie for advertising.

Blocking, deletion and consequences
Browser settings can display, block and delete cookies. Deleting mvp_session signs the user out and blocking it prevents access to authenticated areas. Deleting or blocking limuvo_locale restores the default or detected language. Instructions vary between Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

No optional trackers
No advertising, audience-measurement or social plug-in cookie is set in the current version. If a non-essential tracker is added, Limuvo will request prior, granular and revocable consent and update this policy.

Where applicable, access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection rights may be exercised at contact@limuvo.com. A complaint may be submitted to the Belgian Data Protection Authority. The Privacy Policy provides further information.
